Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using our FilamentPHP plugins ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our Products.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own projects or your clients' projects. Each license is valid for one developer. For teams, each developer requires their own license.

3. Permitted Use

• Use the Product in unlimited personal or commercial projects
• Modify the Product's source code for your own use
• Use the Product in projects for clients

4. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Product
• You may not share your license key or Composer credentials with others
• You may not use the Product in open-source projects that would expose the source code

5. Updates and Support

Your license includes 1 year of updates and bug fixes from the date of purchase. After your update period expires, you retain permanent access to the version available at that time. You may optionally renew to continue receiving updates. Support is provided via email at plugins@premte.ch.

6. Intellectual Property

The Product and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of PtPlugins. Your license does not grant you ownership of the Product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Product will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PtPlugins be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
