Eligibility for Refund

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date
  • The product does not work as described
  • You are unable to use the product due to technical issues we cannot resolve

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to plugins@premte.ch with:

  • Your order number or email used for purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund Process

  • We will review your request within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider)
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
  • Upon refund, your license will be deactivated

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase
  • The product was used extensively in production
  • You simply changed your mind after using the product
