Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date
- The product does not work as described
- You are unable to use the product due to technical issues we cannot resolve
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to plugins@premte.ch with:
- Your order number or email used for purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Refund Process
- We will review your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider)
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days
- Upon refund, your license will be deactivated
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be granted if:
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- The product was used extensively in production
- You simply changed your mind after using the product
